Refund Policy
Faulty Items
Nothing affects your right to reject
faulty goods. If a product we have sent you is found to be faulty please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange replacement quickly.
Exclusions
Please note certain items cannot be
returned, unless we have delivered an item to you which was not as ordered and is a mistake on our behalf (e.g you ordered a red item and we delivered a black item). Items that cannot be returned are personalised or engraved items. and
pierced jewellery (eg. Earrings if the packaging has been opened).
Refunds
Refunds can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods online. No refunds will be made via a third party.
How to cancel
To cancel an order you must (notify us in writing by first-class post, fax, email, or telephone
call) quoting your name, address and contact telephone number and any order
number that you have been given so that better serve you the customer in the unlikely event of a cancelation.

Cooling off period
When ordering online with Ernest G. Brooks, you are
entitled to a 14 day cooling off period when you can return your goods (In the
condition that you received them) without
any penalty, this includes any statutory cooling off period.
Personalised/engraved items or
earrings if the packaging has been opened,
are excluded from the
cooling off period guarantee, unless they are faulty.
This conforms to distant selling regulations. The
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
